How do I manage my subscription?

OpenHouse subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. You can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions from your Apple account settings or from the app’s Pro screen.

How is visitor data handled?

Visitor and event data is stored locally on the agent’s device unless the agent chooses to export it. For deletion of visitor information captured at an open house, contact the hosting agent, since they control the local event records.

How fast is support?

Support requests are reviewed by Amenti Labs LLC. Most launch-period support messages are handled within two business days.
